Company History & Structure
Metromedia Software pioneered the Rapid Response software concept for hotels & resorts
in 1996. For this, it was awarded Best New Technology at the 1997 International Hotel
Show in New York and the Best Practices Award from The American Hotel Foundation in 1998.
Since that time, the company has continued to refine its product and service offerings
and expanded into Guest CRM, Engineering Management and now provides all of its solutions
on web-based platform.
Metromedia Software employs a distributed business model; with locations in Arizona, Canada,
China, Massachusetts, and New York we have built our organization to serve a global customer base.
